Sarah Mainero

Sarah Mainero is originally from the Metro Detroit area and is currently based in Kalamazoo, where she studies Communication, with a minor in User Experience/Human-Computer Interaction at Western Michigan University. Her interest in communication and technology began through television and video production, audiovisual technology, and an ongoing curiosity about the ways psychology shapes how people perceive and interact with technology. She is especially interested in the intersection of human behavior, media, and digital experience.

Sarah serves as the Production & Administrative intern at Wellspring for summer 2026. She also currently serves as Promotion Director at WIDR FM 89.1, the student-run radio station at Western Michigan University, where she also DJs an eclectic mix of music.
