Internships at Wellspring
We’re Building the Future of Modern Dance. Together.
Through your Wellspring internship, you will be part of creating transformative dance experiences—on stage, in class, and in community—so people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds can reclaim dance as a source of expression, meaning, and belonging.
Internships offer project-based, meaningful work with a focus on personal career development and experience in nonprofit arts administration. Interns receive hands-on experience while learning how how a longstanding professional dance organization operates behind the scenes—from events and communications to technical production to patron services and class administration. Many former Wellspring interns are on their way to enjoying successful careers in the nonprofit performing arts sector, with several remaining connected with Wellspring as volunteers.
