Marisa Bianan obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Western Michigan University in April 2018. Through her studies, Marisa had the privilege to work with choreographers including Jeremy Blair, Monique Haley, Carolyn Pavlik, and Brendan Duggan. Since graduating, Marisa has presented various choreographic works in the Midwest including at the 2019 Midwest RADFest and Inaside’s Summer 2022 in-person/virtual hybrid concert. Recent accolades include becoming a finalist for the 2021 Maggie Allesee Choreography Competition, receiving a commission to create a new work for Western Michigan University’s First Year Performance class, and being accepted into the 2023 & 2024 Detroit Dance City Festival Choreographer’s Showcase. Most notably, she received the 2024 Detroit Dance City Festival's Best Choreographer Award and will present at the 2025 Festival. Marisa became Artistic Director of Wellspring/Cori Terry & Dancers in Fall 2024 and is eager to share her artistic vision with the Michigan dance community.

Benjamin is a performer, designer, and massage therapist from Northern Michigan. He is the founder and Artistic Director of The Croft Residency, a dance residency in Horton Bay, MI. His personal movement practice centers on moving meditation, with a focus on somatic, intentional, and metaphoric improvisational movement. He uses the tools of Body Mind Centering (BMC) and the Tamalpa Life Art Process (TLAP) as lenses and languages to engage in his explorations and facilitations.

 Jennifer Glaws is an artist who makes body-based work, who believes in elevating a deep-rooted felt experience for the audience, performer, and participant with the presentation of her work. She probes the physical psychology of SPACE and EFFORT, scrutinizing these elemental contemporary dance themes to recognize human and humane connection, time, push the proscenium, and inspire inquiry. Jennifer works as a choreographer, contemporary performance artist, educator, producer, and curator, serving as Artistic/Executive Director for Jagged Moves, and Assistant Professor of Dance at Colorado Mesa University, Grand Junction. She specializes in the creation of multi-disciplinary danceworks and cross-disciplinary collaboration, and has been recognized nationally with commissions, residencies, and invitations for her work by Red Eye Theater (MN), Southern Theater (MN), Gustavus Adolphus College (MN), Hamline University (MN), DanceBARN (MN), Harvest Chicago Contemporary Dance Festival, Peck School of the Arts - University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Northeast Minneapolis Arts Association, Sans Limites Dance (NY), RADfest (MI), Cohesion Dance Project (MT), The Generating Room: Cowles Center (MN). 

Hanna Stangebye is a multidisciplinary professional with a background in dance, fitness, and nonprofit leadership. After earning her BFA in Dance from Western Michigan University, she moved to San Francisco, where she built a performing arts career as a dancer, choreographer, and producer. During this time, she also trained at the Circus Center’s Clown Conservatory and discovered a love of teaching, becoming a group fitness instructor with a wide range of certifications—including aerial yoga—that deepened her connection to movement and community.

Her career path expanded from the stage to behind the scenes, where she transitioned into arts administration and nonprofit development, focusing on operations, fundraising, and organizational growth. Following a brief period in Los Angeles, Hanna returned to the Midwest with her partner to build a tiny home on wheels—a project inspired by their trek to Mount Everest Base Camp and a shared desire to create a lifestyle rooted in nature, mobility, and community. Their nomadic way of living allows them to stay connected to friends across the country while embracing travel and exploration.

In addition to her professional work as Business Manager for the IAG Service Corporation, which supports the consortium of government agencies and private companies that administer E-ZPass tolling, Hanna loves supporting and attending live performing arts. She has also served on the board of Partners in Dance since 2022 and is proud to serve as President for the 2025–26 school year.

Alisa is a Professional Engineer with a Civil and Environmental Engineering degree from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. She is currently a team leader and senior environmental engineer with Fishbeck in Kalamazoo. In her free time, Alisa enjoys dancing and playing the violin. She is a life-long learner of dance and continues to study dance with Wellspring. She is a company member with Movement Reservoir Dance Company, and has danced with Chamberlain Dance Company, Atelier Dance Company, and Grand Rapids Dance Ensemble. She and her husband live in Portage and have three children.

Allyson is a Kalamazoo native and graduated from Hope College with a BA in Exercise Science and a minor in dance in 2012. While at Hope she was in the pre-professional dance company dANCEpROjECT, now known as H2. After Hope she earned her massage therapy license before going on to Central Michigan University where she graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017.

Allyson is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist, McKenzie certified, and has attended additional courses specializing in treating dancers. 

She has experience treating a variety of populations including dancers and athletes, geriatrics, people with balance and movement disorders with specialization in Parkinson's Disease, and people with complex low back and neck pain. 

Allyson believes that movement is some of the very best medicine and is passionate about helping people move more efficiently while ENJOYING the movement!

Outside of work, she can be found hanging out with her husband and dogs. Allyson enjoys dancing, hiking with her husband and pups, and playing music."

Stephanie Rankin is a dancer, choreographer, administrator, and educator. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hope College (MI) in Dance Performance/Choreography and Communication, and a Master’s in Arts Administration from Drexel University (PA). Stephanie has produced and choreographed shows throughout Chicago and across the U.S., has served as a guest dance professor at Hope College and Yuma High School, and participated in an international dance program in Israel.

Currently, she is working with Strike Time Dance Company at Hope College, Steven Iannacone, Jessica Kick Dance, and Currents Dance Theater as Board Secretary. She is also developing a dance film series centered around the concept of home—all while working her day job as Program Coordinator at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Stephanie lives in Chicago (right by the lake), and enjoys upcycling furniture, visiting thrift stores, collecting ’70s folk rock vinyl, traveling, and muffins.

Amy Wilson is a dance artist, choreographer, dance educator and the Artistic Director of Dance in the Annex (DITA) - a Grand Rapids based modern dance collective. DITA produces and creates live and dance-film works that are site-specific with an emphasis on process. Amy has served on faculty at Grand Valley State University, Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, Michigan Ballet Academy, Grand Rapids Community College and Grand Rapids Civic Theatre and is a regular guest artist and choreographer for professional dance companies, dance academies and universities around West Michigan. She is currently choreographing for the Martha Graham Lamentations Variations Project with Deos Contemporary Ballet. She has presented live performance and screendance at the Midwest Regional Alternative Dance Festival (RADFest) hosted by Wellspring/Cori Terry & Dancers and is excited to be back on the Steering Committee for RADFest 2026.
