Regional Alternative Dance Festival (RADFest) Curator ✧ Part Time Salaried

The Regional Alternative Dance Festival (RADFest) by Wellspring, an annual festival within the organization’s season, centers modern, post-modern, contemporary, and experimental dance, bringing artists and audiences together through performance, dialogue, and shared experience. The RADFest Curator is a collaborative member of Wellspring’s artistic and administrative teams, responsible for shaping and stewarding RADFest.
Working in close partnership with the Executive Director and Artistic Director, the Curator develops an annual festival framework and plan that carries the work from artist selection through festival delivery and evaluation.
This is a part-time salaried role embedded within the organization’s year-round work. The Curator contributes to broader Wellspring activities and participates as an engaged member of a small, collaborative team.
