Wellspring is a professional company for career dancers who dream, lead, and create with heart.  No Egos. No Limits. Just daring work, grounded collaboration, and the kind of performance that moves audiences and artists alike. 

We offer a collaborative home where dancers are seen as whole people and encouraged to shape the future of the art form through innovation, passion, and presence. Company members benefit from an ongoing partnership with Dr. Allyson Lowis that focuses on injury prevention, body awareness, and sustainable movement practices. Through individualized movement assessments and supportive exercises, dancers receive tools to improve functionality and strength, address physical challenges, and support long-term career health.

In-person auditions will be held on Friday, July 17, 2026, from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. in the Cori Terry Theatre in downtown Kalamazoo, Michigan. In limited situations, virtual auditions will be accepted.
