Train Like a Dancer Camp



Strengthen your body, center your mind, and elevate your dance practice! Start your day with TheraBand exercises to boost strength, followed by a technique class and a supplemental movement session like yoga or Pilates. Each dancer will get to bring their own TheraBand Kit!
