Join Wellspring's Artistic Director Marisa Bianan and Technical Director Sam Snow for an exclusive two-day Choreography Workshop at Wellspring!

January 17 and 31, 2026 | 10:00am-4:00pm

Develop your artistic voice while exploring choreographic elements, such as time, space, dynamics, and lighting/production under the guidance of working professionals.

Day 1: Students will learn choreography theory and experiment with guided improvisation. Students will take home choreographic prompts to explore on their own time, then return two weeks later with their completed work.

Day 2: Students will further develop their pieces by adding production elements. They will explore costuming, the power of lighting design, and other atmospheric considerations. They will perform their work for family and friends and receive a video following the series.
