COVID Information for Wellspring/Cori Terry and Dancers Performances

If performance is canceled at the discretion of Wellspring, exchanges will be honored.

The safety of everyone at our performance is of utmost importance.  We rely on you to be personally responsible for your decision to join us.  If you are feeling unwell, please stay home.

All persons visiting Wellspring Theater must fill out a Daily COVID-19 Self-Screening Form.  Only one form is required per household.  We encourage you to complete this form on the day of the performance prior to arriving. A QR Code will be posted in the Epic Center and hard copies will also be available. 

We require proof of vaccination from everyone involved in our live events, including staff, artists, volunteers, and attendees.

Proof of vaccination may be your physical vaccination card, a photo of your vaccination card, or proof of vaccination from another country.  Unvaccinated individuals, including those not eligible for vaccination, will not be admitted.  

Regardless of vaccination status, all audience members, volunteers, and staff must properly wear a mask over their mouth and nose while in Wellspring Theater and the Epic Center.  Disposable masks will be available if needed.  You may briefly lower your mask to eat or drink.  Wellspring will continue to follow CDC, State of Michigan, and Kalamazoo County recommendations regarding mask usage.

Artists may remove masks during performances and will maintain physical distance from the audience during the performance.

About our venue

Wellspring/Cori Terry and Dancers maintains a COVID Preparedness and Response Plan, based on the most current COVID-19 guidelines and recommendations. Hand sanitizer is readily available in the lobby and theatre. Face masks and other PPE, such as gloves, are also available upon request and as needed.

The Wellspring Theater and Epic Center ventilation systems have been updated with MERV 13 filters for added filtration, and the fresh air intake has been increased. In addition, Wellspring Theater is also using appropriately-sized air cleaners/fans for enhanced ventilation. The Epic Center restrooms are cleaned daily. Wellspring has a comprehensive cleaning protocol in place for all events including sanitization of seating areas, lobby, stage and flooring, backstage area, and dressing rooms. High contact surfaces, such as door handles, knobs, and switches, are disinfected before and after each event.
