CLASS STYLE: MODERN MOVEMENT MASH-UP
In Modern Movement Mash-Up, we will begin class with a vigorous warm-up for the entire body, including Pilates/Yoga conditioning exercises, Ballet/Jazz technique center work, and some Contemporary floorwork. Class will continue with specific skills practice and traveling steps that may include leaps, turns, running, directional changes, crawling, sliding, and rolling. Class will conclude with stretching and meditative movement. Bring socks!
