Emily McKee

Emily began dancing at the age of 5 in Kalamazoo and has since then competed at Steps Dance Center, Xtreme Dance Sports, West Michigan Dance Center and performed with Ballet Arts Ensemble. Currently enrolled at Grand Valley State University, she is receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree where she has been studying contemporary, modern, west African, jazz and ballet. In recent achievements as a student, Emily's solo choreography was chosen by the professors as one of two senior pieces to be performed in the Spring Concert. She also was given the opportunity to perform in the 2017, 2018, and 2019 American College Dance Association shows. Emily is currently working as an intern for Wellsprings Dance Academy as well as a dance teacher for Vicksburg Community Education Dance and Tumbling program. She is looking forward to her first season with Wellspring/Cori Terry and company.
